This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains how Grow As You Go protects creative assets within Grow As You Go ("GAYG").

Our content

  • All original text, workouts, breath practices, code, audio, video, and graphics in GAYG are owned or licensed by us.
  • Trademarks include "Grow As You Go," "GAYG," and "Infinity Breath." Do not use them without written permission.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without authorization.

Your content and feedback

  • You retain ownership of your user-generated content, as described in the User-Generated Content Policy.
  • By submitting feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without obligation to you.

DMCA notice procedure

If you believe content in GAYG infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:

  1. Your contact information.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location within GAYG.
  4. A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice procedure

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it is not infringing, submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your contact information.
  2. Identification of the removed content and where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or Denver County, Colorado, if outside the U.S.) and agreement to accept service from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or terminated. We track prior notices to identify patterns and may require completion of educational modules before reinstatement.
