Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Grow As You Go ("GAYG") offered by Grow As You Go work. It should be read with our Terms of Service.
Subscription structure
- Paid plans renew monthly on the same calendar date you started, unless stated otherwise.
- Charges appear at the start of each billing cycle.
- Any promotional rate applies only for the advertised period, after which standard rates resume.
Free trials and introductory offers
- Trials run for the stated number of days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription automatically.
- Only one trial or introductory offer is available per person, unless we communicate otherwise.
How to cancel
- Cancel anytime from account settings in the app or by contacting support with at least 24 hours’ notice before the next renewal.
- After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the current billing period ends.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refund eligibility
We aim for clarity and fairness:
- Refunds are provided for duplicate charges caused by our systems once verified.
- Refunds may be issued when required by applicable law (such as cooling-off periods).
- Otherwise, all fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused coaching sessions, or missed events.
Billing disputes and chargebacks
- Contact us first so we can investigate and resolve issues quickly.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to suspension per our Acceptable Use Policy.
- We may share relevant billing records with payment providers to contest unfounded disputes.
Payment updates
- Keep payment details current. Failed payments may trigger retries and limited access until resolved.
- If payment fails and access is suspended, you can restore service by updating payment information before the cycle ends.
- We may allow a one-time billing grace period of up to five days to resolve issues before cancelling for nonpayment.
Changes to plans or pricing
- We may adjust pricing or plan features. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice.
- Continued use after the effective date of new pricing indicates acceptance.
Pausing subscriptions
- Some plans may offer a pause option lasting up to two billing cycles. During a pause you keep account data but lose paid features.
- Paused plans resume automatically on the scheduled restart date unless you cancel beforehand.
