- GAYG provides general education and motivational tools. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- We are not a healthcare provider, and GAYG is not HIPAA-covered.

- GAYG does not monitor workouts in real time and cannot dispatch emergency services.
- Use appropriate safety gear and spaces for training, including spotters when lifting heavy loads and safe surroundings for breathwork or cold exposure.
- Inspect equipment before each session and follow manufacturer guidelines for set-up and maintenance.
Environment and readiness
- Warm up properly and cool down after each session to reduce strain.
- Stay hydrated, fuel appropriately, and respect environmental factors like altitude or extreme temperatures.
- Adjust workouts when you experience illness, sleep deprivation, or high stress, and consult a professional before resuming intense protocols.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for choosing suitable programs, equipment, and pace.
- If you are pregnant, postpartum, managing chronic conditions, or recovering from injury, seek specialized clearance.
- Minors using GAYG with parental permission must be supervised consistent with our Age & Parental Consent Policy.
